I’m a licensed Nevada REALTOR® with Realty ONE Group, focused on new-construction homes throughout Summerlin. I work with local buyers and, especially, with people relocating from out of state who want a trusted local expert on the ground.
My job is simple: help you find the right home in the right village, make sure you’re registered so you keep full representation, and negotiate the builder’s incentives, pricing and upgrades on your behalf — so you get a fair deal in the right amount of time. Best of all, on new construction my representation is typically paid by the builder, at no cost to you as the buyer.
I track every Summerlin village, builder and release — and the incentives that aren’t advertised.

Just a friendly heads-up: to represent you, I need to be with you — or have you registered with me — on your first visit to a builder community. It’s simply how new-home builders work.
If your REALTOR® isn’t there from the start, you may not be able to have representation at that community — which can mean missing out on insider knowledge about the builder and neighborhood, current deals, promos and incentives, and the comparable sales that confirm you’re paying a fair price for your new home. Best of all, on new construction my help is at no cost to you — the builder pays your agent.
