Get this Lennar dealA builder’s base price is only the starting point. Builders add lot premiums for the best homesites on top of that base — and if you’re choosing your finishes and options as you build, you’ll typically add around 20% to the base price by the time the home is done.
The part you can’t find online is the part that matters most: which lots actually have the views, how the home sits on the street (sun, privacy, who’s next to and behind you), what’s being built around it, and the real lot premiums. That on-the-ground intel protects your money and your future resale value.
